Toyota UK
We carried out a process installation project at Toyota’s UK automotive manufacturing plant, including all project management, safety planning and compliance.
The project included receipt, offloading and unpacking of equipment, removal of redundant equipment and modifications to M&E services in preparation for the new process equipment. We also designed the services installation required, carried out floor marking for the equipment layout and delivered all mechanical and electrical assembly and installation of the components for the new equipment, including assembly of cable trays/racks, installation and termination of primary and secondary services, and primary cabling routing and termination. Finally, we completed the commissioning process for the new production line.
Spirit Aerosystems
Working within a tight and mission-critical four-day project window, we carried out an Airbus gantry crane relocation project, involving removal, relocation, re-installation and commissioning.
The five-person team used a 40t mobile crane and jacking system to carry out the project, working out of hours and over a weekend to get the job done safely and on-time with zero incidents.
